Partnering for the enterprise AI revolution: Insights from Microsoft, Dell, Nvidia & BMC
Matt Roberts and guest host Sarit Assaf sit down with Silvia Candiani, VP Telco and Media at Microsoft to discuss the exciting partnership between Microsoft and Amdocs. They discuss the evolution of the product and creating a frictionless experience for customers.
“I think the big change from last year was more of a partnership intent. Now that we have a product and platform, I'm super excited that it's finally something that people and customers can see and touch. It's still evolving. We are in a journey. It's fantastic to see the appreciation the customers see. So when they see the end-to-end customer experience platform, it comes to life how you can make it frictionless from the beginning to the end, from capturing the intent, to really delivering the purchase. And it's a journey that is infused end to end.”
Then hear from Jillian Kaplan from Dell and Jared Carl from Nvidia as they dive into some exciting real life uses cases of GenAI, focusing on how a brewery leveraged AI to monitor can production, infusing AI into processes across industries, and what they hope to see in the future.
“What Nvidia has done is we've democratized that compute. We've made supercomputing power available on a scale that a small brewery can buy it. Yeah, this is supercomputing powered workloads that can run on a small device at a power efficiency model that works.”
“"By doing this at the edge, it's much more sustainable. It takes a lot less power than having to send it up into the cloud or into a data center. When you asked if AI is the missing link, I think it could be part of it, but having this data processed at the edge is really key for both latency and sustainability."
Finally guest host Joshua Koenig and Matt interview Rob Morgan of BMC about the new alliance between Amdocs and BMC to drive efficiencies for customers and accelerate connected digital ops. Don’t miss this episode to hear more about the power of partnerships!
“So we're developing a level of technology that we think is going to be fantastic for our customers. And we needed an alliance partner with real domain expertise, culturally aligned, and together we're going to make CSPs operate better, faster and more effectively.”
“We've focused so much on AI technology in general, and we're just starting to discuss the use cases now. My prediction is that we'll be talking about over 100,000 different use cases in two years. But I think the focus will shift towards perfecting the data that AI is using.”
“With generative AI, it's created hyper personalization on steroids.”
